Teralink is a project to interconnenct West African countries, especially the ones which do not have multiple submarine cables connected.
These forgotten countries are currently at a high risk of a country wide blackout if the one and only submarine cable breaks.
Teralink wants to step in and solve this issue by providing a cost effective alternative to the underserved markets.
Almost 5700km of fiber will be layed and over 110 points of presence in 10 countries are being built.
